Kimberly Triplett, Ph. D.

Leaders in Literacy, Mississippi Delta Early Learning Corps, and Delta Early
Learning Project

 

Kimberly Triplett, Ph.D., has coordinated several professional development and quality improvement projects for the Mississippi State University (MSU) Early Childhood Institute.

A native of Louisville, Miss., Dr. Triplett earned the Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Mississippi University for Women; master’s and specialist degrees in curriculum and instruction from the University of Mississippi, and the Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, with a minor in community college leadership, from MSU. Before joining the MSU Early Childhood Institute, Dr. Triplett taught first and third grades for five years.

She enjoys romance novels, shopping, computer games, Lifetime movies, and time with family and friends.
