JoAnn Kelly has worked in early childhood education for 30 years. She directs the Horizon Project in Monroe County, Mississippi. Before joining the Early Childhood Institute, she worked for Head Start as a monitoring specialist and traveled throughout the state providing technical assistance to other Head Start programs. Ms. Kelly and her husband live in Tupelo, Mississippi; they have three children and four grandchildren.
