This project provides services similar to those in the Partners for Quality Child Care program, but in a more intense fashion to eligible child care centers in a single county, Monroe County, Mississippi.

Horizon Project combines 20 days of technical assistance, furnishings and materials, and workshops for teachers in each participating classroom.
